# Pegform Studio — sourced SKADIS hardware This package contains existing third-party hardware files plus two mesh-only STL conversions of original 3MF files. Original downloads are preserved. Files were renamed for clarity. Units are millimetres; STL itself does not store a unit. Downloaded and checked on 2026-10-17. ## Desk stand Model: **Ikea Skadis Pegboard stand**, by **Oblique Krafts**. Source: https://www.printables.com/model/637020-ikea-skadis-pegboard-stand/files Creator: https://www.printables.com/@ObliqueKraft_1421471 License: **CC0 1.0 Universal**, https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ - `stand-front.stl` — original `ikea skadis stand.stl` (Printables file 2685734). - `stand-back.stl` — original `ikea skadis stand back.stl` (Printables file 2685735). Print one front and one back member for each stand pair. For support at the left and right edges, print two of each file. The designer specifies an M4 bolt and nut to secure each pair: two M4 bolts and two nuts for two pairs. Bolt length is not specified in the source; choose it after measuring the printed assembly. The designer reports testing solid resin prints on an Anycubic Photon Mono 4K, printed on the plate with minimal supports for the pin. No FDM settings were provided. The models retain their original orientation and offset from the origin; position/orient them in your slicer. A positive desk support base does not establish a load rating for a tall or heavily loaded board arrangement. ## Locking board connectors — T-Clip system Connector model: **IKEA Skadis Board Connector (T-Clip System)**, by **Mike**. Source: https://www.printables.com/model/802730-ikea-skadis-board-connector-t-clip-system/files Creator: https://www.printables.com/@Mike_88377 License: **CC BY-SA 4.0 International**, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ - `locking-connector-3hole.3mf` — unmodified original `Home_Skadis_TClip_Connector_3hole.3mf` (file 3410814). - `locking-connector-5hole.3mf` — unmodified original `Home_Skadis_TClip_Connector_5holes.3mf` (file 3410313). - `locking-connector-3hole.stl` and `locking-connector-5hole.stl` — conversions of the single mesh in each corresponding 3MF. Units, triangle winding, topology, and coordinates are preserved with STL float32 rounding below 0.000008 mm. No geometry edits, repairs, or remeshing were applied. Both converted files remain under CC BY-SA 4.0. T-clip model: **Skadis T-Clip System**, by **Line Arc Line**. Source: https://www.printables.com/model/256896-skadis-t-clip-system/files Creator: https://www.printables.com/@LineArcLine License: **CC BY 4.0 International**, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ - `t-clip-painted.stl` — original `T-Clip for Painted Skadis.stl` (file 1261445). - `t-clip-unpainted.stl` — original `T-Clip for Unpainted Skadis.stl` (file 1261447). Use these connector plates with the matching T-clips; they are intended as a positive twist-lock alternative to the corner alignment pieces. The T-clip creator describes a 90-degree twist and requires at least two attachment points. Fill the 3-hole plate with three matching clips or the 5-hole plate with five, straddling the board seam, with clips engaging both boards. Keep the turning handles accessible. Do not cover them with a shelf back or place them where another attachment collides. The connector seats are spaced 40 mm apart. The native STL bounds are 108 x 5.4 x 28.284 mm for the 3-hole plate and 188 x 5.4 x 28.284 mm for the 5-hole plate. Orient the connector flat in your slicer. Mike specifies no support and suggests 0.16 or 0.2 mm layer height, with tight clip fit for board stability. These are the standard painted and unpainted T-clip meshes published by the original designer; no additional tolerance tuning has been applied. Line Arc Line reports painted boards at 5.23 mm and unpainted boards at 4.82 mm in the source. Measure your own board rather than assuming a universal thickness, and choose/test the matching clip. The connector source does not explicitly document every horizontal/vertical seam arrangement or mixed board size. Confirm that both boards' actual slots align with the connector seats before committing a layout. The designer also recommends a separate 90-degree corner connector for greater rigidity; it is not included in this coplanar kit. These connectors have not been physically fit-tested or load-rated by Pegform Studio. **Attribution:** “IKEA Skadis Board Connector (T-Clip System)” by Mike, based on “Skadis T-Clip System” by Line Arc Line, from the sources above. Connector originals and converted STL versions are CC BY-SA 4.0; source T-clips are CC BY 4.0. Changes are filename changes and the two stated 3MF-to-STL conversions only. These locking components do not carry the separate noncommercial restriction of Bouli's alignment connectors. ## Board alignment connectors Model: **Ikea SKÅDIS (Skadis) board connect**, by **Bouli**. Source: https://www.printables.com/model/479180-ikea-skadis-skadis-board-connect/files Creator: https://www.printables.com/@Bouli_599629 License: **Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International**, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ - `connector-side-mini.stl` — original `Skadis connect 2 boards right-left side mini.stl` (file 2065770). - `connector-stack-mini.stl` — original `Skadis connect 2 boards up-down side mini.stl` (file 2065769). - `connector-cross-mini.stl` — original `Skadis connect 4 boards mini.stl` (file 2065767). These are the designer's shallow **mini** versions, intended to align adjacent boards from their backs at the mounting-hole corners. The full versions include a 17 mm wall spacer, so those are omitted here. Side and stacked connectors suit their corresponding two-board seams; the cross connector locates the shared corner of a four-board arrangement. Inspect the source photographs for placement. The source describes alignment and wall installation and mentions possible tape retention. These are not independently tested structural locking clips, and this package does not establish that they secure a freestanding stack against separation. Inspect retention and stability on the actual boards before loading an assembly. **Attribution:** “Ikea SKÅDIS (Skadis) board connect” by Bouli, from the Printables source linked above, licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Original geometry is unmodified; local filenames changed only. Retain this attribution and license when sharing these connector files. Commercial use of these connector files is excluded by their license. Share adaptations under the same license. The connector license applies to these files and their adaptations; independently generated shelf designs are separate works. ## File checks and printing All unmodified source files match their published byte lengths. All STL files parse as binary STL, contain finite vertex coordinates, and have positive signed volumes. Both stand files, both T-clips and both converted locking connector plates have exactly two triangles meeting at every edge under an exact-coordinate check. The three connector originals have some coincident edges shared by more than two faces. Preserve these originals; inspect their imported mesh and slice preview, and repair or union geometry in your slicer if required. No geometry repair has been applied in this package. No physical print or fit verification has been performed by Pegform Studio. Print a small fit test first. Confirm the stand fit, hardware length, board alignment, and stability before printing or loading a large assembly. See `manifest.json` for original filenames, IDs, sizes, SHA-256 hashes, mesh bounds and edge checks. Full CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA and CC BY-NC-SA legal texts are included.
